Oh is that right? I've never heard of reversing...

So a couple months ago I was at work, and for those who don't know unfortunately I have burdened myself with working in customer-service, hotels to be precise.  Now for those who have worked in a hotel or still work in a hotel (I feel horrible if you still do)  you can relate to this.  Now is it just me or do people purposely be FUCKING  stupid on when they travel?  It's like all common sense has gone out the door, and knowledge and judgement has been completely wiped from the brain.  Now a lady with 3 kids comes to me, not to mention one of her daughters was about my age, 18 or 19 at the time.  She asks me kindly for directions to Mall of America.  Which hey, I would ask for directions too if I were knew to a city.  Luckily for her I had a print out of the directions.  I then gave her the directions and went step-by step through each street/highway/or whatever it is on how to get to this fucking mall (not to mention it was not complicated to get to, 2 highways that you get on and transfer too and BAM you're there)  She understood completely on how to get there.  Sweet! (I thought to myself; a person who's not retarded)  Fuck, i spoke too soon.  She then looked at me and asked, "Okay so now i know how to get there, how do I get back?"  ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!  I simply stated in the most kind and reassuring voice, "Oh all you have to do is reverse these directions to get back!"  The lady and her kids look at me all confused... "How do you do that?"  My emotions got the best of me that day,  " Well its easy... You see, since it says you have to take 35 south to 77 south to your destination, you just change that south to north... so 35North and 77North to get back... Not so hard huh?" 
The lady then looks at me like I'm a fucking genius!  Unfortunately no, I am no genius I go to a Community College and can barely manage to get to class on time.  But hey thanks for nothing!
